Heat dissipation problem of led street lamps

The problem of heat dissipation of led street lamps has always plagued the developers of the LED lighting industry. Nowadays, the lamps are basically made of aluminum alloy with inserts as heat sinks. The heat dissipation effect of this heat sink is not ideal, and the heat sink usually reaches a higher temperature. The radiator industry has developed a led street light radiator as a supplier of the street lamp industry, combining the following aspects:

1. Breaking through the problem that the existing finned aluminum radiator has poor heat dissipation effect

Most of the existing ceiling light lamps use finned aluminum as a heat sink. The heat dissipation effect of this heat sink is not ideal, and the heat sink usually reaches a higher temperature.

2. Insulation and heat-dissipating plastics are used instead of aluminum alloys to make heat sinks. In 2009, Korea has developed an LED-insulated heat-dissipating plastic that improves heat radiation capacity by 4-8 times while maintaining heat dissipation and aluminum alloy. The LED heat sink made of this heat dissipating material can greatly improve the overall heat dissipation effect.

3. Using liquid convection principle to provide a ceiling light with good heat dissipation performance

The heat absorbed from the lampshade by the coolant in the liquid storage tank installed on the lampshade, and the natural convection between the two liquid storage tanks of different heights by the coolant, the heat absorbed by the coolant from the lampshade is dissipated So that the lampshade of the ceiling light is well cooled.

4. Flexible rotation for easy installation

Since the coolant convection pipe connected between the two liquid storage tanks has a bellows structure, and the bellows structure is expandable and bendable, it does not hinder the flexible rotation of the lamp cover and is also easy to install.
